My favorite type of art to create is realism in oil. I enjoy capturing everyday moments and turning them into something meaningful. I’m drawn to subjects people often overlook and aim to elevate them, revealing their beauty. My goal is to create work that feels real, relatable, and brings people together.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everyday life. Quiet moments, roadside scenes, animals, and the overlooked beauty around me. A lot of it comes from time spent with my daughter, exploring and capturing reference photos together. Those simple experiences often turn into the most meaningful paintings.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest it into growing my art and expanding its reach…creating larger works, upgrading my studio, and sharing more of my journey through video. It would also help me create more time to focus on what matters most…building something meaningful for my family and others through my work.
