Music is my favorite form of art because it’s where I put everything I’ve been through. I spend my time with my dog and my two cats, and I enjoy simple creative things like coloring—but music is different. It’s my voice when I don’t have one. It’s real, raw, and straight from my life. I don’t write perfect songs—I freestyle from the heart, and every word means something.
Where do you find inspiration?name is Daniel Jesse Parsons. I’m 44, born and raised in Oklahoma City. My inspiration comes from everything I’ve lived through—growing up in the system, facing hard times, and spending parts of my life on the streets. That kind of life can break you… or build you. I chose to build. I’m inspired by the idea that my story isn’t over. That I can still turn everything I’ve been through into something meaningful. I want to leave a mark, make someone proud, and music you'll love thx
What would you do with $25,000?I’d turn it into a real chance at a new life. I’d invest in studio time, equipment, and promotion so my music can finally reach people the way it’s meant to. I’d make sure I stay stable and focused so I can keep building something positive. This wouldn’t just help me—it would prove that someone who came from nothing can still become something.
