I create to capture fleeting moments of energy and transform them into bold, expressive works that invite connection and spark emotion.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My work lives in intuitive, gestural abstraction—where I begin with a vision of colour and energy, then allow the painting to evolve naturally through movement and instinct. It’s a dialogue between control and release; the unexpected becomes the most powerful part of the piece.
Where do you find inspiration?Nature is my constant source of inspiration—the lake, the landscape, and the changing seasons. Fall, especially, fuels my work with its richness of colour, contrast, and fleeting beauty.
What would you do with $25,000?I would donate a portion, put some toward my mortgage, and dedicate the rest to my studio and materials—supporting both my life and my ability to continue creating meaningful, expressive work.
