I love showing people you can make mistakes turn into something beautiful just by looking at it from a different perspective.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I really love abstract art but not just any kind of art but art that has multiple hidden elements and meanings throughout it. It allows the artist to truly express their intelligence on how they build multiple viewpoints from one perspective.
Where do you find inspiration?I know it sounds cliche but I find inspiration everywhere. It’s all just about how you look at things, a simple mistake can lead to endless possibilities. It’s almost like when you were a kid and you would look at the clouds and all say what it looks like but instead it’s stuff all around us, a simple crack on the ground could look like a new character or an island. So that’s why I say you can find it everywhere it just depends on how you want to look at it.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won $25000 I would put it all towards starting my own art company. I know it seems ambitious but I’m making a whole new style of adventure colouring book that has hidden riddles and puzzles throughout while also having a fun scene to look at and colour in. It’s been something I’ve been working on for over 6 years so far and putting so many hours into it already.
