I live the challenge of working through new concepts, seeing them come to fruition, and the joy other people have viewing the art.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!

Receive Text UpdatesI love to sculpt abstract curvaceous forms.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration all around me. The various colors that can be found in nature, flowers, feathers, sunset or sunrise, and the way light reflects or refracts on water. The incredible variety of textures that can be found on leaves trees and insects is just amazing! In shape I draw a lot of inspiration from plants. The most influential inspiration on the forms I create are the curves of a woman's body.
What would you do with $25,000?Take my wife on an incredible vacation! No seriously, invest it back into my art. I would purchase a bigger kiln so I can create the large scale, one of a kind outdoor pieces I have been dreaming of! Beyond that there are a number of clay and glaze materials and techniques i have been wanting to play with. Maybe a stone carving class, I have been dyeing to try! Ultimately it is money, money and time allow flexibility to explore new concepts.
