My art is an externalization of my internal experience, I sculpt, I paint, I write, relearning life at this time has released much.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I mostly love sculpting, it reminds me of being a kid playing in the mud, bringing my imagination to life. Even in my darkest times, being creative has kept me grounded. Although I don't sculpt as much as I could right now, it is something I couldn't live without.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration is found in everything, from movies to nature, music and video games. Nostalgic memories, i also find inspiration from feelings, like love and passion to anger and pain. Even clouds inspire me, i love painting them. Keeping our imagination completely open, allows anything to be inspiration, and everything is content.
What would you do with $25,000?I'd want to start a community art studio, where anyone can come to create, all forms of art should be welcome. It would be nice to participate in more community gatherings like weekend art shows, that way more artists might be recognized for their creative talents. It will hold community art auctions, fund raising for art supplies for schools. It would be a dream of mine to just help others know that what they create is worth sharing.
