Art that I am afraid of, art that I feel I won’t be able to do. It is this that allows me to get to know myself better and give me the opportunity to love myself through the medium and meditate in the balance of my now. I have been able to find parts of me that I didn’t know existed with facing myself with clay or paint. I begin in gratitude which opens my heart knowing I am blessed to get to connect to the exact point of my now, a journey with a piece of art that is an honest reflection of me.
Where do you find inspiration?My kids, my memories, my fears, my wonder and imagination of how cool life is and how lucky I am to be apart of it all with everyone in the world. I garden which connects me to growth and the simple truth of life. Nature is the constant that has been around since the earth began spinning. getting to connect through my senses brings me a feeling that calms me and gives me love energy to believe in my now in order to follow through with a piece I either see or am so inspired I need to get out.
