Creating art erases time. Every brushstroke becomes emotion, and when it reaches its peak, the artwork feels complete.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I am most inspired by the newness that emerges with the artist. I value expression and the unusually swift movement of the brush—unexpected effects on the canvas formed in emotional balance, when action and thought merge with the material, creating a powerful emotional resonance.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in people’s admiration and in the emotions that emerge in response to my paintings. This is the greatest source of inspiration in my life. I appreciate everyone who loves my work, as well as those who have a genuine appreciation for art in general.
What would you do with $25,000?I would allocate 10% to charitable causes. The remaining amount would be invested in creating new artworks, developing new concepts, and participating in new exhibitions and art expos across the United States.
