It changes with my mood, and inspiration. I’m a firm believer in catching lightning in a bottle. When something strikes me whether it’s lyrics, a sketch, paint color, or a figure to sculpt, I have to act on it in that moment or risk losing it forever. Never turn away from a Muse, for fear that they might abandon me. So I guess the short answer is all types hold value, I like having multiple choices of expression.

In everything. There’s beauty in every aspect of life on this planet. I really enjoy being immersed in natural settings when I’m writing music. I find that can be very inspiring, but literally anywhere you look you can find a form, or motion, color palette that stirs something in you, and act on it. Just like the multitude of artists who’ve come before us. I definitely draw inspiration from anyone throughout history who was brave enough to create something and then dare to show it to the world.

Pay a little debt, give a little charity, invest a bit for my future self. Then probably spend the rest on my next adventure, and hopefully find some memories and muses along that path. Come back with more songs to sing, pictures to paint, and forms to sculpt. In other words to live a little. Breathe a bit easier, hopefully find a little peace to mix with the chaos that sometimes comes from being oneself. I believe I’d be very pleased with that.
