Creating art is more than a love, it’s a personal need. Sometimes talking is hard, and I process my feelings through drawing and painting.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
As a late-diagnosed autistic person who struggles with seeing and sensing boundaries, I draw and paint art with geometric spaces because within those self-imposed boundaries I can go wild. I have high pattern recognition skills and creating patterns within a limited space and color palette soothes me. To continually improve my realism drawing skills, I keep practicing them by illustrating in my favorite mediums of graphite, watercolor, and inks, and then I share on socials to try to spread joy.
Where do you find inspiration?Flowers, fantasy stories, and visions sent to me from the ether/God.
What would you do with $25,000?I would buy a camper van and start making “Art-on-the-Go” videos to post on YouTube. I love watching art process videos and also love watching people who live in camper vans and I think the two would meld well.
