Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from the fluid, unpredictable curves found in nature as well as the structured, intentional lines of architecture. My work explores the tension between organic silhouettes and architectural geometry. Depth and visual complexity are central to my practice, achieved through meticulous patterning. This surface language is a blend of influences, pulling equally from the structural motifs of architectural elements as well as textile design.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use $25,000 towards continuing my education to pursue my masters degree. I would like to teach.
