Where do you find inspiration?I look at portraits with character or fruits and flowers and think: how do I make these into an artwork? Even simple things such as soda cans can evolve into something interesting
What would you do with $25,000?We are all aware how difficult everything is right now and when you’re stuck with simply surviving, art takes the backseat. This prize money will help my family greatly right now and will also allow me to get back to making art, my first love.
