I've known since the early age of 5 yrs that I was an artist. Being creative is a part of who I am. I love to share my artwork with people.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I'm drawn to creating photo-realistic pieces using watercolors, acrylics or pencils that blur the line between art and reality. Over the past few years my work has evolved into capturing people, animals and landscapes with a level of detail that feels almost alive. What excites me most is chasing that moment when a painting stops looking like paint - and starts looking like something you could reach out and touch.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the moments most people overlook - the flicker of emotion in someone's eyes, the quiet story in a landscape, the soul behind an animals gaze. I'm drawn to what feels real but often goes unseen, and I try to capture that truth and intensity in a way that makes it impossible to look away.
What would you do with $25,000?First, I'd thank you for creating this opportunity and bringing awareness to artists - because that alone can be life- changing. Being seen is everything. With $25,000, I would invest it directly into my art - upgrading materials, building a stronger body of work, and create pieces that push my photo-realism even further. I'd also use it to expand my reach so my work can be seen by a wider audience and open doors that haven't been accessible until now.
