Pop Art, it is a way to celebrate life without filters. I am drawn to bold colors because they convey direct emotions: joy, energy, and freedom. Through color, I can transform the everyday into something elemental and full of meaning. Pop Art allows me to play, to express my essence without limits, and to connect visually with people—awakening sensations that go beyond words.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration stems from my own life experiences, childhood memories, my constant work and challenges. As a young Art teacher/instructor at a Military Base in Colombia, it was inspiring to promote art and give back to my community. I find inspiration through my family and giving back to the less fortunate. I truly find it inspiring to give back to the community and make a difference in the life of others.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would accomplish several task. First I would donate 5 Art scholarships to less fortunate adolescents, wishing to become Artist. The scholarship would be for the Socrates Art Academy, located in Medellín, Colombia. I want to pay my blessings forward. I was once a needy young artist and I was given the opportunity to complete the Art Academy. I would create a high-caliber professional website featuring an online store; I would purchase art supplies to continue producing work.
