Tattooing gave me purpose. It lets me be myself, connect deeply with my clients, and turn their stories into art that lasts forever.

I grew up making art with a dollar store pencil and scrap paper. Eventually trying out oil painting portraits and falling in love with the difficulty that came with the medium and no use of eraser. Both of these mediums taught me so much that led me to becoming a Tattoo Artist at the age of 18 years old. My realism black and grey tattoos, are a focus on floral and portrait work. I still paint portraits with oil for the challenge, and draw with the same dollar store pencils and scrap paper.
Where do you find inspiration? The relentless pursuit of the human spirit. Truly inspired by how much we as humans endure physically and emotionally in our short lifetimes. I’ve always loved portraying deep emotion in my artwork. Art came natural to me as form of journal/diary entry for what I was going through at each stage in my life. Showcasing emotions I could never say out loud, within an emotional portrait on a canvas allowed me to be vulnerable in a safe way. Tattooing allowed me to create that space for my clients too
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I’d expand my Mountain Tattoo Experience in BC, where clients ride horseback to their session in a log cabin and turn personal stories into meaningful art. It’s more than a tattoo, it’s connection, healing, and an experience they’ll never forget. Where art is a deeper and permanent connection. Something truly different in this industry. To create a place where clients leave with more than just a tattoo. Where their story is heard, and turned into something permanent and meaningful.
