Connect What is your favorite type of art to create?

I love painting on walls. There's something about being outside in the real world that feels the best while I'm creating. New people, New energy, New Perspective every time. Art in the public is free and accessible for everyone too which means more of us can experience it. That's what it's all about. Besides Graffiti, Street Art, and Murals, I find a lot of therapy in Printmaking. There's comfort in carving out a Lino-Block or spending a night on the Screen-printing Press bangin' out tees.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in my travels, my skateboard, the people that are close to me. It can come from a conversation at the bar, or a random run-in with an old friend. Fresh flowers on a walk with my dog get me every time, while rainy days inspire me to paint. I'm addicted to the feeling of creating. Seeing other artists who feel the same way as I do inspires me to keep moving. The world in general still has so much good in it, that inspires the most. Till The Wheels Fall Off.

What would you do with $25,000?

You already know making art as a job is tough. It's the time and work life balance for me that's the hardest. Time is money and money is time, so first things first, student loans got to go. More time to make art, more time to contribute to my community, more time to be a human. Second, take my whole family out for the day at Wild Island, Six Flags, or something, no phones allowed. Finally, I would invest into my Art Business in an effort to help secure my future doing what I love the most.
