I’ve loved art since I was tiny—honestly, as far back as memory goes, there’s always been a pencil in my fist.

My favorite art to create blends acrylic, oil, and watercolor with western, fantasy, and portrait themes. The sweet spot for me is fantasy or western-inspired portraits. • I love using acrylic for rich, layered realism, dramatic lighting, and storytelling depth—perfect for heroic fantasy characters or rugged western figures with mythical twists. • Watercolor shines for looser, luminous studies, atmospheric frontier scenes, or dreamy fantasy concepts where the fluidity adds mood and move
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from a few main places: • Nature & the American West: Even though I’m in Ohio, wide-open landscapes, dramatic skies, horses, cowboys, and frontier stories pull me in. Rural drives or old West photos often spark western-fantasy ideas. • Fantasy books, movies & games: Stories from Tolkien, Sanderson, and artists like Frank Frazetta or Alphonse Mucha fuel my imagination. I enjoy twisting classic western tropes with magic, mythical creatures, or ethereal characters.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I’d take a big step toward my dream: buying an old downtown Zanesville building and turning it into a gallery/studio for my western-fantasy portraits and mixed-medium art. Owners of abandoned buildings are almost given away building cheap to avoid insurance and up keep cost. The 25 K would be a good start
