Creating art is the only thing that, in my belief, keeps us authentically human. I create art because it sets me free!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to start an idea with pencil and pen, sometimes I’ll transfer it to a painting format, sculpting a character or an idea is really fun as well, but my favorite type of art to create is animation! It has the power to take you to different worlds and dimensions!
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my ability to realize how lucky I am to be an artists. Yes, inspiration can come from negative things that may have happened in your life, but for me I find it more powerful to remind myself how lucky I am to wake up and create art! There’s nothing more inspiring than to have the ability to create in such a crazy world! Maybe it’s luck, maybe it’s by design, but to be able to create freely is my daily inspiration, and duty! Most people can only dream to be so lucky.
What would you do with $25,000?If I had 25,000 dollars, I’d travel the world with my family, and see what comes out at the other end of my pencil and pen!
