I create art to build a language beyond words, where fracture, matter, and silence become meaning.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create sculptural forms in concrete that function as fragments of an unwritten language. My work explores torsion, balance, and structural tension as expressive forces. I am not interested in representation, but in revealing hidden geometries that connect matter, memory, and transformation. Each piece is both architecture and silence made visible.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration emerges from geometry, displacement, and the experience of rebuilding meaning through matter. I work at the intersection of structure and emotion, where fracture becomes order. As an immigrant artist, I carry histories of rupture and reconstruction, and these forces naturally shape the movement, tension, and gravity of my forms.
What would you do with $25,000?I would expand The Unwritten Alphabet, a sculptural research project exploring structure as a universal language beyond words. The award would allow me to produce larger works, develop modular installations, and bring this visual system into public space, where sculpture becomes not an object to observe but a field to inhabit.
