My ADHD and Aspie play a huge role in my creativity. I would love to be able to create more. I can't hold a job due to my mental health.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating costumes and wearable art using different mediums. I'm working on new ideas all the time. Because of my mental illness, I cannot hold down an hourly paying job. I really want to have a creative space where I can hone my craft and possibly earn a living that way. I don't want to be rich, I just want to live
Where do you find inspiration?I'm a native of New Orleans. I firmly believe it's my city that gives me the inspiration and creativity. Everywhere you look there is inspiration. From music, to dance, to art. We definitely know how to be inspired in this city. We fear no judgement because that is not a thing we do here. it's too hot and they don't pay enough for me to judge.
What would you do with $25,000?25,000.... Buy a used vehicle, build an art space in my home (I rent btw) so that I don't have to keep going back and forth to my storage space for supplies every time I want to work on something. Get my dog and cats health under control. Take my dad to dinner, save as much as possible for those rainy days, and probably prchase more supplies
