I can’t not create. It’s how I see—melancholic, a bit dystopian, Lynch-like. Art is my escape and joy.

My favorite art is photography that captures how I see the world—not as it is, but as it feels. I’m drawn to moody, melancholic, sometimes dystopian scenes that others might overlook. Light, shadows, and sound work together in my pieces, often accompanied by music to deepen the atmosphere. What we see is rarely just what it is—there’s always a deeper layer, and I try to reveal it.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration is everywhere for me. It lives in light, imperfections, quiet moments, and overlooked details. The way my eyes pause on something—an ordinary scene suddenly becomes meaningful. I feel a deep emotional and aesthetic response to what I see, almost overwhelming at times. It’s not just observation, it’s connection. The world constantly offers fragments of beauty, and I’m drawn to capture them.
What would you do with $25,000?I would first use it to reunite with my family—I haven’t seen my daughter and parents in almost five years, and bringing us together would mean everything. I would also donate part to a shelter, invest in my future, and take a solo creative retreat to focus on my art. It would be both a reward and a reminder that my path, my persistence, and everything I’ve gone through truly matters.
