I love to create art because it's my lifeline and the air I breathe. My passion to show representation and storytelling that bring emotions.

My favorite type of art to create is Mexican Surrealism oil paintings with macabre and botanical themes. A blended reflection of fine art and contemporary style. I love storytelling so I often include symbolism into my paintings that give meaning to what I attempt to convey to the viewers.
Where do you find inspiration? With a majority of my influences coming from Mexican Surrealist artist Frida Kahlo, I believe documenting my personal experiences like a visual diary they can form meaningful connections. I find inspiration from my heritage and culture as a Mexican American woman. I also find inspiration from my experiences and health journey with stage 4 endometriosis.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest a portion of $25,000 into my college degree to finish my Bachelors of Psychology so I can forward to pursue an Art Therapist Phd degree. I wish to specialize in providing care for women affected by struggles due to their surrounding environments. I often travel for art shows using my car and would like to invest in getting work done on my car so I can travel more efficiently outside of my home city. I also want to put a portion of funds towards women's charities as well.
