I love making art because it’s the only way I can show what’s going on inside me when words just don’t feel like enough.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Ceramics, sculptures, photography, line art.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in both what I see and what I feel. Nature, textures, and colors around me give me ideas, while my emotions shape how my work turns out. I’m also inspired by other art, especially textured forms like fiber work. A lot of my ideas come while I’m experimenting, not planning.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won $25,000 from my art, it would feel surreal—like my work truly matters. I’d invest in better materials, tools, and a space to grow as an artist. I’d save some for my future so I can keep pursuing art, and maybe use a little to celebrate the moment.
