It’s taking a thought and discovering the process of how to make the idea something that exists in the physical world.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create bold, simple, and geometric art jewelry with an eclectic twist, drawing inspiration from the raw beauty of the natural world and the timeless principles of sacred geometry.
Where do you find inspiration?Elizabeth’s process involves a deep study of nature’s inherent order, from the symmetry of a flower petal to the spiral of a nautilus shell, and breaking these down into their core geometric components. The result is a minimal yet dynamic aesthetic that carries the gracefulness of its natural origins.
What would you do with $25,000?This opportunity would allow me to translate my art jewelry forms into a large-scale, site-specific public installation. My process at times involves creating small-scale sculptural objects (max 12x12”) that inform my wearable work; this project would bridge that gap, allowing me to scale those forms into a public sculpture. This initiative enables me to reinvest in materials for the art jewelry during rising costs, while bringing a bold, new perspective to a public setting.
