Receive Text UpdatesI love creating art that reflects these specific and strange feelings that I know words can’t assist. Feeling alone at a party but more than that. Being excited on your birthday but melancholic. I like to oil and watercolor paint, but love drawing as well.
Where do you find inspiration?I mostly find inspiration through nostalgia, memory, envy, love, friendship, loneliness, bliss, etc. I find it when I’m alone in my room, barely awake, or in my studio after class; I’m the last student in there, still trying to solve how I’m feeling so I can transfer it into something visible.
What would you do with $25,000?I’m half Filipino, and that half of my family is back in the Philippines. I’d send a portion of the money back home to help the students in school that struggle to afford it, and then I would use a portion to assist my student loans, and then save/invest the other third.
