Creating hyper-realistic drawings with intention, focus, and patience.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
With a keen eye for detail, my passion has always been to draw with lifelike precision. I’ve recently begun to explore the more intricate style of hyper-realism using graphite and charcoal, with my main focus being portraiture. Each marking is intentional, creating drawings that blur the line between art and photography.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from the layered structures that build our world. Everything from organic forms to man-made environments. I’m inspired by the details of these intricate systems which are often overlooked.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d invest in a life style that can cater more to creating art. It will allow for more time to focus on building a more established and consistent portfolio with the intention of one day hosting a solo exhibition. I’d upgrade my studio space, expand my network, as well as enroll in art courses to enhance my techniques.
