I create art because it has unlimited possibilities and it connects everyone and everything.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art must be art that has a meaning. It’s a basic saying and all art has meaning people may say but it’s the art that expresses me as a person. Everything about the type of art I create like the color, medium and even size of the canvas make a difference on what i’m trying to say. I like to do all kinds of art, mostly abstract but many times realism. Abstract conveys a message that I believe many people don’t get. It shows emotion portrayed in colors and texture.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the people I love and with myself. The people I love make such a difference in my life and give me inspiration for many of my pieces. Though I believe my own self gives me more inspiration. I am a very empathetic person with a lot of emotions and I get to understand them and let them out with my art.
What would you do with $25,000?I would like to donate a portion to a local charity, preferably an art one and spend some on myself including my art and my family.
