Emily Burns

I love to use art to express what words cant. I love taking Gods word into a deeper meaning through art and allowing His heart to be shown.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

I love creating realistic images through painting and pencil drawing. I’m passionate about expressing scripture and life experiences with deeper meaning; capturing emotions and truths that words alone can’t fully convey.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration through scripture, life experiences, and nature. I love art as a way to express emotion through what words don’t suffice.

What would you do with $25,000?

With $25,000 I would be able to open up my art studio. With this studio I will be able to reach more people and live my dream of sharing my love of art. I would have a space to teach other artist and encourage them with their creativity. As well as creating a space for others to use art as a ways of expressing themselves where words don’t suffice. Anyone can do art it’s not about perfection but expression.
