You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I like to create spray paint art on canvases, make my own stencils, and use tie dye on glossy photo paper, that creates a neat water color effect.
Where do you find inspiration? My L.A. roots, vibrant people I’ve met, and own past versions of myself, fuel my art. Teaching preschool further inspires me, adding a bright, playful, and colorful spark to my work. I’m inspired by my past struggles, that have in turn, made me a bright and positive person.
What would you do with $25,000?I would go buy more art supplies! Or, finally go to the dentist and get some cavities filled! Or maybe finally take my first vacation in 15 years! I work 7 days a week, and never catch a break.
