My favorite type of art is 3D metal work. I'll like to create things of various scales from tiny switchblade ear rings to larger bronze paper weight type sculptures.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration for my artistic outlets often include rudimentary archaic symbolism and love use of hands, teeth, eyes. I also love pop culture especially that of the low brow nature including some favorites like rbrt Williams and The Pizz.
What would you do with $25,000?Ideally I would use the most generous award to afford myself a hiatus from my day to day to focus on developing and expanding my technical aptitude in my artistic interests. A dream would be to have an appreciable amount of time to dedicate myself to future projects. I would like to give back to the arts community as well by possibly offering workshops or collaborations.
