I love creating visual stories in an abstract realism style. Compelling landscapes, figures, and brilliant florals are a common theme but not exclusive.
Where do you find inspiration?I find beauty and inspiration throughout the world around me. God is the master creator and during my prayer time and daily life there are moments and images that are highlighted. This all started after my recovery from alcoholism. I see the world differently and show up in the world differently. Everything has more color. Through my visual storytelling style, I work at trying to capture the vibrancy of life, the abundance of God, and the redemption I received through addiction recovery.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use this money to continue to build my art practice and increase my presence in the market… AFTER I tithe a portion to my church. I am here because of Gods abundant grace.. so the first fruits joyfully go to Him.
