I work across many forms of art, but I’ve found my focus in digital media. Each piece I create emphasizes movement, emotion, and drama—less a single image and more a story told through my perspective as the artist. I remember wanting to create digital art when I was younger. I worked hard to be able to get the fit materials like my iPad to draw digital recently this year. I used draw on a small phone with my finger and before that with cheap pencil and paper.

I draw inspiration from many sources—other forms of art, real-life experiences, and elements of religion and culture. Blending these influences allows me to create pieces that feel meaningful and inspired. More than the final result, I find the creative process itself to be the most inspiring part of making art.

Growing up in a single-parent household, I watched my mother work tirelessly just to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads. Despite every hardship, she always made sure I was cared for. Her strength shaped who I am today. Now, as a college student pursuing a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Marketing, I’m striving to build a better future for my family. This opportunity would ease years of financial burden and help me continue chasing my goals.
