I love to create weavings for my heart/mind/traditions. I’ve always wanted to learn the process, from sheep to rug. I’ve succeeded at it

Weavings. I have dabbled in acrylic paint on canvas and I sew. But my creations come freely with my weavings. I love my story teller rugs. Their pictorial weavings.
Where do you find inspiration? My family. If it wasn’t for my family of 6, I don’t know where I would be today. My husband was the one who first told me, believe in your weavings. Believe in you. Then your creations will come naturally. Secondly, is my grandfather. He believed in me from day one. After I had our eldest son. 19. He said I’m going to get your autograph. One day you will be famous. I collaborated with my 1st floor rug company not long after. American Dakota. They produce my original weavings into floor rugs.
What would you do with $25,000?Honestly, I’d catch up on life. My husband and I try our best to keep our needs and wants afloat. Our kids fed, well dressed, bills paid and a roof over our heads. This would help us tremendously with not worrying so much as to living paycheck to paycheck. But to be able to give our family a relief from seeing their parents worry. To feed our sheep, cows, horses, cats, and dogs without worrying where the next batch of hay money is going to come from. Maybe be able to weld my new bigger rug loom.
