I love to create highly stylized, semi-realistic fantasy drawings, heavily inspired by Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical art styles and techniques. It’s a style I developed and continue to refine to this day. I believe it’s a way to show how art has evolved within one piece, combining the foundation of old art with the refreshing vibrancy of the new age.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my emotions and the socio-political climate, as well as the chaotic nature of the human experience and how adaptable yet fragile life can be.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to further fund my college education in nursing as well as further my own artistic endeavors. I want to show that you don’t have to choose between a stable job or your passion, that it is possible to chase your dreams and passion in art, even if it is considered a risky career. I think the risk is what makes it so rewarding.
