My favorite type of art to create is paper art. I’m drawn to its quiet nature and the way something so simple can become dimensional and expressive. I love working with layers, light, and shadow, turning a flat sheet into something that feels alive. Paper allows me to slow down and be fully present in the process. It’s a delicate medium, but at the same time, it holds strength and emotion. Through paper art, I can build small worlds that feel both fragile and meaningful.

I find inspiration in people, in their emotions, their stories, and the quiet moments they carry within them. There is something deeply moving in human connection, in the way we feel, even when we don’t say it out loud. Nature inspires me in a different way. Light, textures, and subtle changes in the environment remind me how powerful simplicity can be. Books are another source of inspiration for me. They open inner worlds, emotions, and images that stay with me and slowly transform into ideas

I would dedicate 10% to supporting children in Africa, something I already contribute to from my salary. With this opportunity, I could give more meaningfully and make a real impact. With the rest, I would begin building my own design studio. I live in a small town where design is almost absent, not because it isn’t important, but because it hasn’t been introduced in a meaningful way. I want to change that. I want to create a space where design and art feel alive, thoughtful, and accessible.
