I create art to turn imagination into reality and give people moments of wonder, mystery, and curiosity about the impossible.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create macabre, mystery-inspired art with pen and paper, using simple lines to bring imagination into something real. I’m drawn to subtle shadows and slightly eerie details that give a piece depth without overwhelming it. I like creating work that pulls people in sparking curiosity and a quiet sense of wonder. For me, it’s about turning simple drawings into something intriguing, where not everything is obvious and imagination fills in the unknown.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the stories I write and the process of bringing them to life through art. Each idea starts as a concept and grows into something visual and meaningful. I’m also inspired by my favorite books and other forms of media, especially ones with strong atmosphere and emotion. They spark new ideas and push me to explore different ways of expressing mystery, detail, and imagination on paper.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to continue pursuing and expanding my art and creativity. It would allow me to invest in better materials and dedicate more time to developing my skills. I’d focus on exploring new ideas and pushing my work further, turning imagination into something more refined and meaningful while continuing to grow as an artist.
