Mostly portraits. My main focus when street fairs were hot was historically accurate Native American dolls .
Where do you find inspiration?I always sit outside with my Edgar Curtis book of photographs. I've Ipainted portraits since high schoolI've painted throughout my life. There were so many Native artists some of which I've tried to emulate with my own touch. As I became more exposed I managed to win several ribbons during my time at the fairs. I was also interviewed on the radio by "People,Places, and Ideas .
What would you do with $25,000?I would probably help out my girls. Mother hood never ends. Whatever would be left I would take a vacation on me. My life ingeneral is good, but being selected by you is the cherry on the cake. Then you for your consideration.
