Creating art is more to me than a hobby, it's something thats motivated me to try harder, learn patience, and find a community and friends.

While I enjoy creating a variety of mediums, I’ve lately found a love for acrylic paint. It’s been a medium I’ve been allowed to experiment the most with so far, it’s helped me improve on my realism and color theory as a whole.
Where do you find inspiration?As an artist I find inspiration everywhere around me. When I see people interacting, or a beautiful view, maybe even an interesting shape, I tend to think of how I could use it in my art. I’ve also heavily been inspired by the art community itself. There’s so many talented artists that have helped me find my style over time, and what I want to eventually achieve in my skills.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d use the money from this competition to invest in my career path. I’m currently about to graduate high school, and hope to go off to college afterwards. Winning this competition would help me commit to my studies and hopefully eventually build my own career in art. I’d love to be able to eventually give back to my community after I build my career, and this would be a big help to reach that goal.
