I was lucky enough to learn photography in 6th grade public school; finding graffiti around the same time. I’ve seriously explored most art mediums from ceramics to painting murals and vehicles. I graduated as a classically trained artist and have worked in fine art studios full time for two decades. My favorite medium is large format screen printing.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the weirdness of the world, humanity and other artists. Whether it’s pure expression from within or filtering the outside world, inspiration is by far my most prized emotional fuel.
What would you do with $25,000?The pivotal evolution in my life as an artist came from working with legendary mentors in studio settings. I truly believe print making is a noble and dying craft. I would use $25k to develop a traditional print studio and teach the next batch of artists.
