I prefer to use traditional oil on linen as a time tested base, however the traditional mediums make a great platform for additional experiments in 3-d, digital and AI. As for type, I like to use a traditional format, but with the content, I attempt honest expression of my visual experience and hopefully something innovative.
Where do you find inspiration?I receive inspiration from the entirety of my surroundings and from all my senses, however music supplies much energy for painting. All my true motivations to create arrive from introspection and self examination. But either from the eventful beauty and actions of my surroundings, or a search within, I discover an unlimited positivity and possibility. We have visible light vision, on a Goldilocks blue water planet with a Yellow star. Inspiration
What would you do with $25,000?I would have a picture book of my work published. I would frame the paintings that I have ready for an exhibition and purchase recording studio time and pay professional musicians to get my songs and music recorded. They go to the stories I’ve written.
