I’m from the UK, living in CA—back painting again, turning light and emotion into something you feel, not just see.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Oil on Linen or wood panels... I want you get lost in the depth of the painting, proven just feel connected more to yourself.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere—but always through an emotional lens. A landscape, a shift in light, even a person—if it moves me, I paint it. My work is mostly landscape right now, but I’m starting to explore people as well.
What would you do with $25,000?I would like to create a community-based art space in Folsom or El Dorado Hills focused on creativity as therapy. A place where people—regardless of experience—can come to slow down, process, and reconnect through making. It wouldn’t be about producing perfect work, but about giving people space to feel, explore, and express. I’d use the funding to secure a small studio, provide materials, and offer accessible workshops for the public.
