Depending on what inspiration comes to me, I will think about what style what colors what forms will be best for the painting I'm working on. I have worked in acrylics and oils in the past but have found that gouache has been best suited for me. From time to time I will use colored inks, airbrushes, and mixed medium.
Where do you find inspiration?In the everyday world, in my dreams, and in conversations with others. Also from spending many hours looking at other people's artwork.
What would you do with $25,000?I would spend it on purchasing some more art equipment and upgrading my studio which at the moment is in a dimly lit basement.
