Receive Text UpdatesMy work focuses on the interplay of light and vibrant color. I am drawn to scenes that possess a high-energy, cinematic quality—where the atmosphere feels alive and charged. Rather than focusing on literal representation, I strive to translate the emotional weight of a moment through bold hues and luminous contrasts, creating a visual narrative that pulls the viewer into the frame.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the subtle differences people show and the unique ways they reflect the world around them. I am fascinated by how the same light can look completely different depending on the surface or person it touches. By exploring these reflections, contrasts, and vibrant colors, I aim to capture the specific energy of a moment and the quiet nuances that make every subject—and every person—distinct.
What would you do with $25,000?My priority would be family and stability. After recently losing my father, I am dedicated to bringing my mother to Canada, and I would use these funds to navigate the visa and legal process to bring her here. I would also use a portion to settle outstanding bills and ensure financial security. If any funds remain, I’d invest them into my art practice, creating a space where I can continue to develop my work while supporting my family.
