I create art because it healed me from the inevitable. Illness, sadness and acknowledging that part of you need to let go of.

Emotive Abstract Figurative Expressionism
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in emotion, transformation, and the strength of womanhood. My life experiences, motherhood, and personal growth guide my work. I’m inspired by what we carry inside—both the pain and the beauty—and I translate that into color, texture, and form.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in my art by creating a dedicated studio space and expanding my materials to push my work further. I would also fund a new body of work centered on transformation and healing, and create opportunities to share it with my community through exhibitions and workshops that inspire others to express their own stories.
