My work is an ethnographic journal entry told through the visual language of icons, symbols and elements that connect us!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to paint portraits and symbols that represent the moments we can relive again and again through being present in T.I.M.E. today in my eyes.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in memory with the people that I love. I find inspiration in oxygen at the beach, on mountains, the sky, the world, God's canvas! I find meaning and inspiration by talking with my mom about all of the adventures we’ve been on and what colors tell the feeling.
What would you do with $25,000?I would organize an art show in my hometown of Rockwaway Beach, New York City and in this exhibition, invite young artists to share their work and to color in a GIANT black and white mural, a SUPER-SIZED coloring book to inspire and ignite passion and curiosity in the power of color and paint! THIS GIANT COLORING BOOK!
