Turning my fears, dreams, and experiences into art makes my emotions understandable, and hopefully gives a different perspective on life :)!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite kind of art to create is surrealist art! specifically with watercolor:) visually I like my characters to be bold and bright with long noses and a dark fantasy feel to them.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration through so many different things, one thing I get my inspiration from is my dreams! I’m a very spiritual person and find meaning in my dreams and I try to incorporate parts from my dreams into my paintings. Also From a younge age I’ve always been fascinated by the movie Alice in wonderland and the art behind it, a lot of my artwork has inspiration from the original animated movie :)
What would you do with $25,000?Im currently a college student at a community college and with the money I would be able to take some stress off of my mom who does the absolute most for me and my three siblings. especially in these crazy times like we’re in now, i know it’s not just me who’s struggling, and if I have the privilege to help my community while also getting to express my art and passions i absolutely will !:) that being said I’m extremely greatful for this opportunity:)
