Receive Text UpdatesMy favorite type of Art to create are landscape, seascapes, animals, anything nature, and abstract artwork. Mediums I use; include paint and sketch, using oil pastels, acrylic, oil paint, and watercolor.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration comes from GOD, I credit God for my gift and art skills. Otherwise nature is my biggest influence. My own life experience, struggle I’ve survived. Jamaica (where I’m from), breathtaking landscapes, seascapes, culture, music, and vibrant colors. I also draw inspiration Resilient women/ inspiring historic Women. Artistically, I’m influenced by Impressionism, fauvist, abstract artwork.
What would you do with $25,000?Housing, need to move and currently laid off from work. Buy more art supplies brushes, paints, canvas, new desk/ table (other supplies). I’ve would like to start small Annual Art program for youth and young adults. Like 5-8wk program. Goal: work on self-Love, confidence, using their voice (with art), resilience, and working through trauma. Overall teaching emotional and mental wellness. I would give some funds to my Mom in Jamaica, & friend who is a widow and single mom now.
