Oil or acrylic on canvas and I also paint on various glasses. I create essential oils that have special healing ingredients. I am also a musician, and write music that is medicinal.
Where do you find inspiration?Beating stage 4 lung cancer, using art to heal me and my music expanding my artwork. I am a spiritual healer-art and music are medicine. I am also a teacher and all the different students I have had throughout the years have inspired me. Art is a creative expression that is soley for what the creator of the artwork intends.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to open up my small business I named "Mother of Recovery" to help children and teenagers who dont have access to art, music and mental health. I will help them build a bright and healthy future using skills i learned with my Masters in Social Work and Masters in Art Education. Also, my background in various mental health and educational settings. I will use healing strategies to help them through their life journeys.
