I love to create because I need to create. I am obsessed with it, it’s all I ever want to do. It feels most like a compulsion.

So much. I have my dream career in tattooing right now, but I have so much more going on. I love to paint, illustrate, write, sculpt. There’s never enough time in the day to get everything that I want, done. Tattooing takes priority though, it’s the hardest out of all of them (for me) and supremely the most satisfying completions of projects. This one is also the most time consuming. The fact that it is my career and not just a hobby, is the greatest blessing.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in many things. Mostly horror. Cosmic horror, body horror, analogue horror, splatterpunk literature, dark fantasy, weird fiction, metal music, organic patterns. I also get inspiration from the human experience. From the feeling of being inside a flesh prison, to medical anomalies, and existentialism. Other visual artists that inspire me are Zdzislaw Beksinski, Junji Ito, NemoSoda, Suguru Tanaka, Francis Bacon, HR Giger, and tattooer Christopher Jade. Just a few of the many.
What would you do with $25,000?I would move myself out of the USA firstly. I’d pursue my dream home in Norway, and set the foundation to my ultimate dream of opening my own museum and artistic attractions. I would commission all of my favorite artists to have their work on display. I would want a recording studio for my band friends to perform and record their strange music. Then I get to undergo my greatest art projects of my whole life, then making enough money to help the greatest upcoming unconventional artists.
