I love creating artwork that’s inspired by nature in some way shape or form, whether it’s in the movement of a piece or taking inspiration for texture from the natural world . I work in a variety of mediums , however I get the most joy from working with graphite , acrylics, and Prismacolor colored pencils.
Where do you find inspiration?I pull inspiration from the world around me. I adore finding the patterns and texture in nature. I love biology so art helps me connect my two passions by creating an understanding on a more intimate level within my pieces.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use this money to begin a more stable life for myself and my family, art centric careers aren’t very stable in the current economic environment, so this money would help me to continue taking time to create and appreciate the world around me.
